Press Policy
Thank you for your interest in featuring ARAKHNE. Our press pieces are high-value, one-of-a-kind samples used for editorial and VIP placements.
By requesting or accepting delivery of any sample garment from ARAKHNE, the borrower (including any related stylist, publication, or representative) explicitly agrees to be legally bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this Sample Press Policy. Acceptance of the physical garment confirms acceptance of this binding loan agreement.
I. Handling & Care of Bespoke Samples
Sample Condition: The garments delivered are one-of-a-kind samples and must not be marked, altered, or damaged in any way, unless otherwise agreed between the client and the ARAKHNE team.
Suit Care: Tailored suits must never be folded or packed tightly in luggage, as this will compromise the permanent silhouette and stitching. They must be transported and stored in a safe space.
Uncertainty: If you are ever unsure about the correct way to handle or clean a piece, you must contact the ARAKHNE team immediately.
II. Reporting Discrepancies (24-Hour Notice)
Notification: If, upon receipt, any items are damaged or do not match the packaging list, you must notify our team immediately via email within 24 hours of delivery.

III. Return Logistics & Liability
Return Address: All samples must be returned to: 49 Hallam Street, Flat 50, W1W 6JW, unless alternative arrangements have been formally agreed upon in advance.
Packaging: Samples must be returned on the agreed date and placed back into their original packaging provided by ARAKHNE.
Late Fee: For every additional day the sample is kept beyond the agreed return date, the borrower will be charged an additional £25 per day.
Damage/Loss Liability: The borrower is fully liable to repay the entire retail cost of the garment should any damage be incurred, or if any items are lost or unreturned.
